Project proposal of two loft apartments, each of which can be entered from the outside through a new lift connected to the main stairwell.
The two-storeyed apartments have generous living rooms with open-plan kitchen, dining-room and terrace.
The preservation of the old roof hammer beam structure wherever possible, was one of the owner-builders main requirements.

The renovation concept foresaw a reorganisation of the house’s functions on all three storeys, on every floor an apartment.
The architectural room concept proposed in the north the sleep- and bathrooms and against south the living room. the kitchen with terrace and a two-storey winter garden.
The expantion of the loft was after building-biological, as cost-saving basic principles planned. the existing roof construction was almost entirely preserved.
The HVAC equipment was entirely retrofitted.

This dwelling was designed as an energy-efficient house, it incorporates aspects of passive solar and thermal mass as a mechanism of reducing energy consumption.
The main glazed facade and the large terrace, which can be used as living-room, are oriented to the wonderful view of the lake.
The basic form of this house recesses in the cube form and the central core is an open fireplace and a staircase. The kitchen unit, WC and HVAC are a separated box.

This country cottage, which is situated on a forest of pine trees in Brandenburg was built progressively, adjusting their rooms to the changing needs.
the space is tight but cosy and functional, an open living room with fireplace, kitchen unit, and solarium a bedroom and bathroom with sauna.
the open sleeping level below the roof is reached via a straight staircase.
The utilization of materials with low embodied energy, biological building materials and the re-use of second-hand materials wherever possible, were the most important objectives in the project.

This house, located in the vicinity of Seville, a town of Valle del Cauca, was modernized while preserving the aesthetics of the original architecture, building materials and appropriate ecological site and respecting its location, shape and integration with their immediate surroundings.

This single familiy dwelling enjoys a natural environment and is provided with large window openings facing a beautiful view.
On the ground floor the entrance divides the building in two volumes, which arrangement was determined by the natural gradient of the land. They allow for a separate costruction phase.
The wooden straight staircase and the fireplace subdivide the large open interior space into areas as entrance, dining-, living and working area and the kitchen.
An guest flat with terrace is found on the second floor.
