This dwelling was designed as an energy-efficient house, it incorporates aspects of passive solar and thermal mass as a mechanism of reducing energy consumption.
The main glazed facade and the large terrace, which can be used as living-room, are oriented to the wonderful view of the lake.
The basic form of this house recesses in the cube form and the central core is an open fireplace and a staircase. The kitchen unit, WC and HVAC are a separated box.
